The AI build partner behind your agency.
Augustova works as a white label AI and software development partner for UK agencies and consultancies. The agency keeps the client relationship and we build under their brand, at a fixed price against a written scope, with a written commitment never to approach their client directly.
Why this arrangement exists
Agencies are being asked for AI features constantly and most cannot deliver them, because hiring for it is expensive and the demand is lumpy. Meanwhile a specialist build team has capability and no deal flow. That is a straightforward trade.
You hold the relationship, the account management and the margin. We do the engineering, at a price you can mark up, on a timeline you can commit to in front of your client.
What we build for agency partners
How it works in practice
We scope against your requirements, quote a fixed price, and deliver to your timeline. Communication runs through you unless you would rather we joined calls, in which case we appear as part of your team.
Everything is documented to a standard your developers can maintain without us, because a partner who leaves you dependent is not a partner. Code, repositories and provider accounts belong to you or to your client, whichever you prefer.
What we will not do
We will not approach your client directly, during the project or after it. That is the only real objection to this arrangement and it deserves a written answer rather than a reassurance, so it goes in the agreement.
We also will not take work we cannot deliver on the timeline offered. Saying no early is worth more to you than an optimistic yes that lands you in a difficult conversation later.
How the commercial arrangement actually works
You hold the client relationship, the contract and the invoice. We quote you a fixed price against a written scope, you price it to your client however you choose, and the margin is yours. There is no revenue share and no attempt to see your client contract.
Work is delivered to your conventions and under your brand. Where your client needs to speak to an engineer, we join a call as part of your team if you want that, or stay entirely behind you if you do not. Both are normal and the choice is yours per project.
The commitment that makes it safe
The real objection to a build partner is not quality, it is the fear that the partner will approach the client directly once the relationship is visible. So it is written down rather than implied: we will not approach, solicit or market to a client introduced by a partner agency, during the project or afterwards.
That sits alongside the ordinary protections you would expect, including a mutual non disclosure agreement before scoping, no use of the work in our own portfolio without your written permission, and no reference to your client name anywhere on this site.
What partners bring us most often
What to check before choosing any build partner
Ask for the client protection commitment in writing. Ask who owns the code and the provider accounts at the end, and whether that transfers on final payment or from day one. Ask whether the price is fixed against a written scope with an explicit list of exclusions, or an estimate that can move.
Then ask what happens after launch: whether you receive documentation, credentials and a runbook, and whether support is priced in the original document or negotiated once you have no alternative. Those four answers separate partners quickly, and they are the same questions we would want asked of us.
Common questions
Will you contact our client directly?
No, and it is written into the agreement rather than promised verbally. We work under your brand, communication runs through you unless you ask us to join calls, and we do not approach your client during or after the project.
How are white label projects priced?
Fixed price against a written scope, quoted per project or per phase, so you can mark it up and quote your client with confidence. No day rates, no open ended time and materials.
Can you work inside our existing stack and conventions?
Yes. Much of this work is integration into systems your team owns, so we work to your conventions, document what we change, and hand back something your developers can maintain without us.
What sort of agency does this suit?
Digital, marketing and design agencies being asked for AI or application features they cannot staff, and consultancies who sell the strategy but need someone to build the result. Typically five to fifty people with existing client relationships.
Do you sign a non disclosure agreement before we discuss a client project?
Yes, a mutual one, before scoping rather than after. We can work to your standard agreement or provide one. Nothing about a partner project appears on this site, in a portfolio or in a case study without your written permission.
Can you work under our brand in front of our client?
Yes. That can mean delivering entirely behind you with no contact, or joining calls as part of your team using your email domain. Both arrangements are normal and it is decided per project rather than fixed by us.
What does a partner project cost?
The same published ranges apply: £8,000 to £25,000 for custom AI, £8,000 to £30,000 for applications, £4,000 to £16,000 for web development, £4,000 to £15,000 to take a prototype into production, and £2,500 to £6,000 for an audit. You price it to your client as you see fit.
How quickly can you start on a partner project?
Scoping usually happens within a few days of the first conversation, and delivery timelines are the same as any other project: two to four weeks for most builds. Where a deadline is genuinely immovable we will say plainly whether it is achievable rather than agreeing and hoping.
