The data usually exists, spread across a register, a learning platform, a spreadsheet and somebody’s inbox. The problem is that nothing joins it up into a view a tutor can act on this week.

We license our own career platform to training providers by seat, with cohort analytics and domain based enrolment. That means we have already built the parts that are tedious rather than interesting: seat counting, enrolment without an administrator, and reporting a head of department will actually read.

It also means we understand the commercial shape of your business, including why a per learner price has to work at both fifty and five hundred.

Do you integrate with our existing learning platform?

Yes. Most providers have a platform that delivers content adequately and reports badly. Joining it to attendance, assessment and enquiry data is usually more valuable than replacing it.

Can you help us spot learners who are disengaging?

That is normally the first thing worth building. The signals are usually present across two or three systems already, and the work is joining them into something a tutor can act on this week rather than a report produced at the end of term.

Can you build something we can sell to our own learners?

Yes, and we do it for ourselves. Seat licensing, automatic enrolment, cohort analytics and billing are all parts we have already built once and can build again for your model.

How is learner data handled?

A written data processing agreement is signed before any personal data moves, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner under reference ZC152144. Systems sit on your own provider accounts wherever possible.
