It costs £995 plus VAT, and the fee counts towards any bigger build within 60 days.

Running costs
Usually £10 to £40 a month in software and AI fees, paid straight to the providers (Zapier, Make or n8n, plus the AI model), on accounts in your name. That figure is our own estimate.
Optional Care Plus: £149 a month. Fixes within one business day, an hour of changes, a quarterly review. Monthly, no fixed term.
Guarantee
If it is not live within the stated working days of you giving us access (and any third-party approval such as a phone number check or Meta verification), you do not pay the second half. If we cannot make it pass the acceptance tests agreed in your one-page scope, you get a full refund. We never guarantee hours saved, revenue or conversions. Acceptance test: The job runs correctly on the real examples we agree on the call.
Everything runs in accounts in your name, so you own it, see the bills and are never locked in. You get a walkthrough video and a one-page runbook. If you stop a care plan, it keeps running and you pay the vendors directly.

How the credit works
The full £995 counts towards an Augustova automation build (from £4,000) signed within 60 days of Find and Fix going live. Credits are used once, have no cash value, and do not apply to care plans or third-party fees.

Common questions
What is the difference between Single Automation and Find and Fix?
If you already know the exact job you want gone, such as web form to CRM, Single Automation (£595) builds it. If you only know that admin is eating your week, Find and Fix (£995) works out which job is costing you most first, can use AI to read or write text, and the fee counts towards a bigger build.
How much does it cost to automate one workflow in the UK?
Certified Zapier partners list project minimums from about $200 to $500, and some n8n specialists charge $1,500 per workflow. Our Single Automation is £595 fixed, built in your own account and tested before handover.
What are the monthly running costs?
You pay vendors at cost, with no markup, on your own accounts. As our own estimates: about £10 to £40 a month for a typical automation, and about £40 to £50 a month for a receptionist handling around 375 minutes. Each package page shows its own figures.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in accounts in your name, and you get documentation and a walkthrough video. If you stop a care plan, it keeps running.

How is Starter different from Augustova’s main services?
Starter fixes one problem for a fixed price under £1,000. Our main services cover multi-workflow audits, team training programmes and custom builds from £1,200 to £25,000, and Starter fees can be credited towards them.
