Running costs
As our own estimate, model usage is under a penny per conversation, and hosting is £0 to £25 a month on your own accounts.

Guarantee
If it is not live within the stated working days of you giving us access (and any third-party approval such as a phone number check or Meta verification), you do not pay the second half. If we cannot make it pass the acceptance tests agreed in your one-page scope, you get a full refund. We never guarantee hours saved, revenue or conversions. Acceptance test: At least 90 per cent of the 40 agreed test questions are answered correctly from your content.
Everything runs in accounts in your name, so you own it, see the bills and are never locked in. You get a walkthrough video and a one-page runbook. If you stop a care plan, it keeps running and you pay the vendors directly.

Common questions
How much does a website chatbot cost for a UK small business?
Freelance set-ups on PeoplePerHour run from about £80 to £400, and some UK agencies quote £2,500 or more for a basic bot. Software you configure yourself, such as Tidio or Chatbase, costs from about $24 to $40 a month. Ours is £795, trained on your own content and tested before it goes live.
Will the chatbot make things up?
It answers only from your own pages and documents, shows the page it used, and hands over to a person when it is not sure. That matters: a Canadian tribunal held Air Canada responsible for what its chatbot told a customer in 2024.
Do I need cookie consent for a website chatbot?
The ICO says storage a chat feature needs can be strictly necessary once a user has chosen to use it, while anything beyond that needs consent. Our widget loads only when a visitor clicks it.
What are the monthly running costs?
You pay vendors at cost, with no markup, on your own accounts. As our own estimates: about £10 to £40 a month for a typical automation, and about £40 to £50 a month for a receptionist handling around 375 minutes. Each package page shows its own figures.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in accounts in your name, and you get documentation and a walkthrough video. If you stop a care plan, it keeps running.
Is it UK GDPR compliant?
You remain the controller and we act as your processor under a written data processing agreement, as the ICO requires. We set retention, disclosure and privacy notice wording, and list every vendor that processes your data, including any outside the UK.
