Running costs
Simple two-step, low-volume flows can run free. Otherwise paid plans start at about $9 a month for Make, $19.99 for Zapier billed annually, or €20 for n8n. Further workflows for existing clients are £495 each.
Optional Care Essentials: £39 a month. Monitoring, connection fixes and one small tweak a month. Monthly, no fixed term.
Guarantee
If it is not live within the stated working days of you giving us access (and any third-party approval such as a phone number check or Meta verification), you do not pay the second half. If we cannot make it pass the acceptance tests agreed in your one-page scope, you get a full refund. We never guarantee hours saved, revenue or conversions. Acceptance test: The workflow passes every test in the one-page spec on your real data.
Everything runs in accounts in your name, so you own it, see the bills and are never locked in. You get a walkthrough video and a one-page runbook. If you stop a care plan, it keeps running and you pay the vendors directly.

What is the difference between Single Automation and Find and Fix?
If you already know the exact job you want gone, such as web form to CRM, Single Automation (£595) builds it. If you only know that admin is eating your week, Find and Fix (£995) works out which job is costing you most first, can use AI to read or write text, and the fee counts towards a bigger build.
What are the monthly running costs?
You pay vendors at cost, with no markup, on your own accounts. As our own estimates: about £10 to £40 a month for a typical automation, and about £40 to £50 a month for a receptionist handling around 375 minutes. Each package page shows its own figures.
