The AI Team Workshop is a half-day session for up to 12 people that teaches your team to use ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude safely on its own work, and leaves you an AI use policy and a prompt playbook. It costs £895 plus VAT, runs remotely or on site inside the M25, and is booked within 10 working days.

Running costs
Licences only, with no markup: Copilot Chat is included in eligible Microsoft 365 plans, Microsoft lists Copilot Business at £16.10 per user a month on annual billing, and Claude Team is $20 to $25 a seat. Extra attendees are £60 each.
Optional AI Clinic: £149 a month. A monthly 45-minute clinic, three-month minimum. Monthly, no fixed term after the three-month minimum.

If the average attendee rating is below 4 out of 5, you get a free second remote session or a 50 per cent refund.
Everything runs in accounts in your name, so you own it, see the bills and are never locked in. You get a walkthrough video and a one-page runbook. If you stop a care plan, it keeps running and you pay the vendors directly.

Is there free government AI training?
Yes. The government’s AI Skills Boost programme offers free short courses. We suggest your team takes one first, then uses our workshop to apply AI to your own work with a policy that fits your business.
Is it UK GDPR compliant?
You remain the controller and we act as your processor under a written data processing agreement, as the ICO requires. We set retention, disclosure and privacy notice wording, and list every vendor that processes your data, including any outside the UK.
How is Starter different from Augustova’s main services?
