Business automation in Kuwait: take the retyping out of the back office.

Augustova is a London AI consultancy and software studio that serves businesses in Kuwait City and across Kuwait remotely. It usually starts with one admin job, such as keying WhatsApp orders into the accounts or chasing unpaid invoices, and makes it run on its own, then adds a bilingual Arabic and English assistant if it fits. Find and Fix starts from KWD 410.

Where the hours go

In many small and mid-sized firms the customer side already works: people message, call and order. The hours disappear behind it. An order arrives as a WhatsApp voice note or a photo of a list, someone types it into the accounting system, someone else checks stock, a third person chases payment a fortnight later.

That is the first thing we look at in Kuwait, because it is measurable before we start. Count the orders, time how long each one takes to rekey, and you have the cost of the problem and the yardstick for the fix.

Find and Fix exists for exactly this. On a one-hour call we find the job costing most time, then make it run on its own within 5 working days. If you then commission a bigger automation build within 60 days of go-live, the full Find and Fix fee counts towards it.

Where it fits best in Kuwait

These are the businesses where the admin is repetitive, the volumes are steady and the gain shows up in hours saved within a month.

Retail and trading companies

Orders by WhatsApp and Instagram message, quotations in spreadsheets, invoices in the accounts and stock in a fourth place. An agent reads the incoming order, matches products and prices, drafts the quotation or invoice for a person to approve, and updates stock. Payment chasing runs on a schedule you set, in Arabic or English.

Private clinics

Booking questions, reminders and rescheduling take a receptionist’s whole morning. The assistant answers non-clinical questions from your approved list, books and reminds, and passes anything medical to staff. Symptoms and records are kept out of it by design.

Restaurants, catering and central kitchens

Catering enquiries and large orders need a menu, a head count, a date and a deposit. The assistant gathers those, checks the date against your calendar and hands a complete brief to the person who confirms it. In the back office, supplier invoices can be read and posted to the accounts automatically, with a person approving anything unusual.

Contractors and maintenance services

Air-conditioning, cleaning and maintenance firms take jobs by phone and WhatsApp, then assign them by hand. The assistant captures the address, the fault and a photo, offers a slot from the technicians’ calendars and confirms it; the job sheet and the invoice follow without retyping.

Services and prices in Kuwait, in the order we would suggest

We lead with automation in Kuwait because the strongest fits, trading and retail firms, lose their time behind the sale rather than in front of it, and Find and Fix is the smallest fixed commitment that proves a gain in hours.

The assistant comes second, for clinics, restaurants and service firms where the phone and WhatsApp are the front door.

Consultancy, custom software and care follow once there is a measured first result to build on.

Data protection in Kuwait

Kuwait does not have a single, general personal data protection law. The nearest is CITRA’s Data Privacy Protection Regulation, Decision No. 26 of 2024, which applies to service providers licensed by CITRA; its definition of a service provider is broad enough to reach websites, apps and cloud services that process personal data. The E-Commerce Law (No. 20 of 2014) and the Cybercrime Law (No. 63 of 2015) also apply.

We do not treat the absence of a general law as permission. Each deployment is designed around the obligations that apply to your business, checked with your adviser, and built the way we build for UK clients anyway: collect only what the job needs, keep it no longer than needed, log who sees it, and write down which provider processes what and where.

We can discuss where data is processed and hosted before anything is built. We do not claim compliance on your behalf.

Working hours and how a project runs

Augustova Ltd is a UK company (number 17216706). We have no Kuwait office, licence or local number, and work with you over video, in English.

Kuwait is on UTC+3 all year with a Friday and Saturday weekend. We work 09:00 to 17:00 London time, Monday to Friday. In UK winter, until 28 March 2027, that is 12:00 to 20:00 in Kuwait City; in British Summer Time, 11:00 to 19:00. We meet Monday to Thursday.

A Find and Fix runs on one call to find the job, a few days of build in accounts in your name, and a handover with a walkthrough video and a one-page runbook. Arabic messages to your customers are drafted with you and approved by your side.

The limits, stated up front

  • Automation can only reach a system that lets it in. If your accounting package has no API or export, we say so on the first call, and the answer may be a different package rather than a workaround.
  • A person approves anything that moves money: invoices above a limit you set, refunds and credit notes.
  • WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta per message to your own account; from 1 October 2026 each number has 1,000 free service messages a month.
  • Every account is in your name, and the system keeps running if you stop the care plan.

Common questions from Kuwait

Do you have an office in Kuwait?

No. Augustova is a UK company in London and serves Kuwait businesses remotely. There is no Kuwait office, licence or local phone number.

Does Kuwait have a data protection law we need to follow?

There is no single general law. CITRA’s Decision No. 26 of 2024 applies to CITRA-licensed service providers and can reach websites, apps and cloud services, and the E-Commerce and Cybercrime laws apply too. Your adviser confirms which apply to you; we design around them and document every data flow.

Can it read orders written in Kuwaiti dialect, or sent as voice notes?

Current AI models handle Gulf Arabic and English text, and voice notes can be transcribed first; how well it does on your orders is what we test. We run it on a sample of your real orders before launch and agree in writing what accuracy counts as finished.

Will it work with our accounting system?

If the system has an API or a reliable export, usually yes. We check which one you use on the first call and say plainly if it cannot be connected.

Why are the dinar prices whole numbers?

They are our sterling prices converted on 21 October 2026 and rounded to whole dinars, so you can judge the budget. Your fixed price, and the currency you are invoiced in, are agreed in writing before work starts.
